| TUITION is $15.00 per single class if not enrolled on a monthly basis. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed to an account when payment is received after the 10th. There will be no refunds of credits toward tuition because of absence. Tuition is based on a ten month total and divided into equal monthly installments. There is no adjustment of tuition when holidays are observed. Tuition for the summer session (July & August) is paid separately. The above rates do not apply to the summer sessions. | ATTENDANCE in scheduled classes is mandatory to maintain placement. Students must be on time for class and arrive able to enter and begin in a relaxed manner. "Interest" in class may vary and once the newness of class has worn off, it could happen that your child would rather stay home than go to class. This is normal. However, since consistent attendance is of the utmost importance, we encourage you support our efforts to see that your child continues with their commitment to the class for the full term and participate in the recital. Ballet training is based on discipline and perseverance and we endeavor to encourage these qualities in our students. |
| CANCELLATIONS will be announced on the studio's answering machine and web site. Please call the studio (371-6781) after 1pm to hear the message. Classes may be canceled due to bad weather of hazardous driving conditions. Classes missed due to cancellation may be made up as appropriate. |
| DRESS REQUIREMENT |
| Ballet – Girls |
Creative: pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers; all others: black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers. NO SKIRTS. |
| Ballet – Boys |
Black leotard, white fitted t-shirt (tucked in), black or white tights, white socks, white leather or canvas ballet slippers. |

**Hair must be secured off face and neck. Wearing jewelry is not permitted. |
| CLASS MINIMUM |
| Enrollment is 7 students per class. If minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or combine the class. |
